張俊廷,博士,副教授,碩士生導師。博士畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)物理學(xué)院,主要從事鐵電及多鐵性材料、二維功能材料、自旋電子學(xué)、拓撲物態(tài)等領(lǐng)域的理論研究工作。熟悉第一性原理計算、對稱(chēng)性分析、磁性模擬等理論研究手段。目前主持了國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目1項、青年基金項目1項及理論物理專(zhuān)款項目1項。以第一和通訊作者身份在Physics Review Letters、Physics Review B、Nano Letters和Applied Physics Letters期刊發(fā)表論文十余篇。
