Jiangsu Huaihai Technology Property Exchange Center is a service organization jointly funded by Jiangsu Huaihai Science and Technology  City, Xuzhou Science and Technology Bureau and China University of Mining and Technology National University Science and Technology Park, specializing in the transfer and transformation of technology achievements and transaction service.

江蘇淮海技術(shù)產(chǎn)權交易中心經(jīng)徐州市政府批準于 2017 年 7 月設立，同年 11 月被認定為“江蘇省技術(shù)產(chǎn)權交易市場(chǎng)徐州分中心”。中心秉持“聚集創(chuàng )新動(dòng) 能、服務(wù)淮海經(jīng)濟”的宗旨，以淮海經(jīng)濟區技術(shù)產(chǎn)權交易中心功能性平臺建設為抓手，積極推進(jìn)區域戰略合作與技術(shù)轉移體系融合，加強技術(shù)經(jīng)理人隊伍建設，創(chuàng )新市場(chǎng)化運行機制，完善技術(shù)交易服務(wù)手段，立足徐州、面向淮海，積極打造淮海經(jīng)濟區技術(shù)轉移綜合服務(wù)平臺，促進(jìn)創(chuàng )新資源共享，推動(dòng)區域協(xié)同發(fā)展。

Jiangsu Huaihai Technology Property Exchange Center was established in July 2017 with the approval of Xuzhou Municipal Government, which was designated as "Xuzhou Branch Center of  Jiangsu Proprietary Technology Exchange Center" in November the same year . Adhering to the purpose of "gathering innovation momentum and serving Huaihai economy", the center aims at the functional platform of Huaihai Economic Zone Technology Property Exchange Center, actively promotes the regional strategic cooperation and accelerates integration of technology transfer system, by strengthening the technical manager team, innovating the market-oriented operation mechanism, improving the means of transaction service. Based on Xuzhou and facing Huaihai, it is striving to build a comprehensive service platform for technology transfer in Huaihai Economic Zone, promote the sharing of innovation resources and advance the coordinated regional development.

建設目標： Goal

通過(guò)淮海經(jīng)濟區區域性高校技術(shù)轉移聯(lián)盟建設與核心區城市戰略合作，以徐州為中心，輻射9個(gè)城市，建立工作站點(diǎn)，形成區域性統一的互聯(lián)互通的技術(shù)交易網(wǎng)絡(luò )。

To build a unified regional interconnected technology transaction network, with Xuzhou as the center, radiating 9 cities, by establishing working stations through the construction of regional University Technology Transfer Alliance in Huaihai Economic Zone and the strategic cooperation with the core area city.

促進(jìn)技術(shù)交易、推動(dòng)技術(shù)成果轉移轉化、賦能企業(yè)創(chuàng )新發(fā)展，助力產(chǎn)業(yè)轉型升級、促進(jìn)淮海經(jīng)濟區協(xié)同發(fā)展。

To empower the innovative development of enterprises, facilitate industrial transformation and upgrading and promote the coordinated development of the Huaihai Economic Zone, by Promoting technology transaction and the transfer and transformation of technological achievements.

功能布局：Layout

中心坐落在中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)國家大學(xué)科技園內，位于科技大廈1層108室，建設面積2600平方米，包括一站式服務(wù)窗口、一流的多功能路演大廳、高新技術(shù)展示廳、創(chuàng )客咖啡與項目洽談區、會(huì )議交流中心及辦公室，引入多家專(zhuān)業(yè)咨詢(xún)、代理、投融資機構面向企業(yè)提供服務(wù)。

The center is located in Room 108, 1st floor, Science and Technology Building, in the National University Science and Technology Park of China University of Science and Technology, with a construction area of 2,600 square meters, including one-stop service window, first-class multi-functional road show hall, high-tech exhibition hall, maker coffee and project negotiation area, conference and exchange center, office etc., function areas, and introducing a number of professional consulting, agency, and investment and financing institutions to provide services for enterprises.

中心已建成功能齊備的“三個(gè)一”公共服務(wù)平臺系統，即：一中心（線(xiàn)下技術(shù)交易中心）、一平臺（網(wǎng)上技術(shù)交易平臺）、一體系（技術(shù)交易服務(wù)體系）,積極開(kāi)展以技術(shù)交易為核心，以技術(shù)服務(wù)、人才服務(wù)、金融服務(wù)為支撐的6大類(lèi)25項服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)，匯聚了科技投融資、專(zhuān)利技術(shù)價(jià)值評估、知識產(chǎn)權質(zhì)押、項目路演推介、科技政策、企業(yè)四板掛牌推薦、企業(yè)上市IPO輔導等平臺功能，形成了完整的閉環(huán)服務(wù)體系，滿(mǎn)足企業(yè)個(gè)性化技術(shù)、資金和服務(wù)需求，促成技術(shù)交易與服務(wù)合作。

The center has built a "three one" public service platform system with complete functions, Namely, one center (offline technology trading center), one platform (online technology trading platform), one system (technology trading service system), actively carry out 25 services in 6 categories with the technology trading as the core, supported by technical services, personnel services and financial services. Gathering the functions of science and technology investment and financing, patent & technology evaluation, intellectual property pledge, project roadshow promotion, science and technology policy, fourth board listing recommendation, enterprise listing IPO guidance and so on, a complete closed-loop service system has been formed to meet the  personalized needs of enterprise for technology, capital and service, and to facilitate technology transaction and service cooperation.

Under the care and attention of government and leaders all levels，the Center has achieved remarkable work performance, won affirmation and commend from the provincial, municipal relevant departments and industry. At present, the main granted honors and qualifications are as follows: 

1、2017年11月，獲批“江蘇省技術(shù)產(chǎn)權交易市場(chǎng)徐州分中心”。

In November 2017, it was granted as "Xuzhou Branch Center of Jiangsu Technology Property Exchange Market".

2、2017年12月，中心參與建設的“淮海經(jīng)濟區高校技術(shù)轉移聯(lián)盟”獲批成立，并由中心負責聯(lián)盟的日常管理運營(yíng)事務(wù)。

In December 2017, the "Huaihai Economic Zone University Technology Transfer Alliance" was approved and established. The center was involved in the its construction and in charge of its daily management and operation.

3、2018年2月，獲批泉山區“2017年度功能平臺十佳企業(yè)”。

In February 2018, it was granted as the "2017 Top 10 Functional Platform" in Quanshan District.

4、2018年6月，獲批“徐州市科技創(chuàng )新政策服務(wù)中心”。

In June 2018, it was approved as "Xuzhou Science and Technology Innovation Policy Service Center"

5、2018年7月，“江蘇省科技企業(yè)融資路演服務(wù)中心淮海分中心”獲批成立，并由中心負責日常管理運營(yíng)事務(wù)。

In July 2018, the "Jiangsu Technology Enterprise Financing Roadshow Service Center,Huaihai Branch Center" was approved to be established, and the center was responsible for the daily management and operation affairs.

6、2018年9月，榮膺“中國技術(shù)市場(chǎng)金橋獎集體獎”，是全國技術(shù)市場(chǎng)行業(yè)的最高獎項。

In September 2018, it won the "China Technology Market Golden Bridge Award", which is the highest award in the national technology market industry.

7、2018年11月，獲批“江蘇股權交易中心新四板掛牌推薦商”資質(zhì)。

In November 2018, it was granted as the qualification of "Listing Recommendation Company on the New Fourth Board of Jiangsu Equity Exchange Center".

8、2018年12月，中心負責建設運營(yíng)的“HTEC眾創(chuàng )空間”獲批“2018年度省級眾創(chuàng )空間”。

In December 2018, the "HTEC Mass Maker Space", which is responsible for the construction and operation of the Center, was granted as the "2018 Provincial Mass Maker Space".

9、2019年1月，獲批“2018年度江蘇省技術(shù)市場(chǎng)工作先進(jìn)集體”。

In January 2019,  it was granted as "2018 Advanced Group in Jiangsu Province Technology Market ".

10、2019年3月，獲批“技術(shù)經(jīng)理人事務(wù)所”資質(zhì)。

In March 2019, it was granted as the qualification of "Technical Managers firm".

11、2022年11月12日，全國股轉系統北京證券交易所徐州服務(wù)基地成立
